Hi there, I'm Heval Mehta, and I am the Founder and CEO of the World Development Corporation and the Directors' Institute. With over 25 years of diverse experience, my mission is to lead with innovation and a clear purpose. Influenced by the wisdom of figures like Sir Ratan Tata, who said, "Great leaders are those who inspire others to become great," I've embraced the essence of listening, understanding, and effecting meaningful change. This commitment to growth has guided me from an MBA to pursuing a Ph.D. in Sales and Marketing, always with the ambition to challenge the status quo in business and leadership.

From my start at Tech Mahindra to my current role at WDC, I've been driven to inspire a culture of excellence and make a tangible impact through both my professional endeavours and the Heval Mehta Foundation. We're working towards a world that's not only more compassionate and sustainable but also filled with leaders inspired to achieve greatness.
